Dr. Race is a bestselling author, Head of Mindfulness for Solvasa™, and Founder of Mindful Life™. A world-renowned expert in the field of mindfulness, Kristen’s programs and services are rooted in neuroscience and designed to build resilience to modern day stress. As a business owner and mother of two teenagers, Kristen understands that life is busy!

She focuses her work on making mindfulness practices accessible and easily incorporated into our daily lives.  Instead of chasing the elusive goal of work / life balance, she creates simple exercises to bring balance to our brains.  Her work has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA TODAY and CNN, to name a few. She is a two-time TEDx speaker and has trained over 50,000 leaders in her methods worldwide.

Dr. Ritu Chopra’s practice of aesthetic medicine led to a vision for becoming a resource for integrative beauty. But it took one of his patients to help his vision become a reality.

Shortly after Lori Bush’s retirement from her acclaimed beauty industry career, a diagnosis of breast cancer led to a newfound respect for the importance of mindfulness in both wellness and beauty.

As the doctor-patient relationship developed, so did a mutual recognition of a major gap in the beauty industry.

Together, Dr. Chopra and Lori founded Solvasa so that everybody has the resources and can benefit from the practice of integrative and mindful beauty.
